The nature of our business of selling consumer products, eligibility of refund is applicable not more than 7 calendar days from the date of purchase within Singapore, and 21 calendar days from the date of purchase for all other international locations.

For any items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return* the item you have purchased to us within 3 calendar days from the date of refund request within Singapore and 5 calendar day for international locations respectively .

*return is referred to as handing over to postage or courier agent.

The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department - info@bareskin.sg to get a free shipping label.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
